Scott was born in Boise, grew up in McCall, has a BA in communications from Idaho State University, and has been a licensed full time Realtor since 2003. He has been a sales agent through the highs, lows, and in-betweens of the Treasure Valley, Boise County, and Valley County real estate markets over the past 22 years. He brings a levelheaded, solution-based mindset to your potential move. Scott enjoys doing renovation consultations, talking about various seller strategies, and market price interpretation beyond the CMA. When he isn't enjoying quality time with his two active boys, he recharges by practicing yoga, biking, and running.

Jess was raised in Sandpoint and has a BA in communications from Boise State University. She has over 13 years of real estate sales experience as well as hundreds of successfully negotiated sales. Jess is real estate savvy, especially with her broad construction knowledge, and she excels at navigating clients through inspection reports and negotiating the best terms for her buyers and sellers. She can frequently be found biking down the Greenbelt, playing pickleball, wake surfing, skiing, and enjoying appetizers with friends (new and old) during happy hour.
